a bit about me
I really enjoy being a therapist. I have always had a genuine interest in people and a curiosity about how they make sense of their experience, how they feel their emotions, and how all that manifests in the body. I cherish being entrusted with people's sacred stories and bearing witness to what makes them love, what makes them hurt, what makes them strong, what gives them life! I feel alive when I am sitting with someone in the rawness of their emotion and witnessing something shift inside them. Mostly, I love the healing that comes from being present to one another, sometimes in silence, sometimes in discomfort, but oftentimes also in the joy of rediscovery.

I strive to create a warm, open, and trusting relationship with my clients, holding a safe space for them to journey through challenging experiences. I take a person-centred approach, remaining open, sincere, and non-judgmental in my efforts to understand what is happening for the other. I seek to find areas where individuals may feel a lack of authentic freedom, encouraging them as they work towards clarity and congruence.
I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and have been practicing as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I offer counselling in English and Filipino / Tagalog.
