Prior to booking, I offer a free 15-minute initial phone consultation to answer
any questions you may have about the counselling process.

Sessions are offered Mon-Fri, except Wed.
During the year, there is a pause in sessions for one week in the spring,
one month in the summer, and during the winter holidays.

Accepted payment: cash, cheque, or e-transfer right before or right after the session
Cancellation: If you are unable to attend an appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours' advance notice. Unless it is due to an emergency, sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be billed in full since I am unable to use this time for another client.

Insurance: Most extended health plans cover Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). Kindly check with your provider. I issue a receipt upon payment, which can be submitted for reimbursements.

ICBC Clients: If you have an open claim with ICBC and are eligible for funding for psychological counselling, I am an ICBC vendor and am able to do direct billing. In this situation, I would need your ICBC claim number, personal health number, birthdate, date of the motor vehicle accident (MVA), and the contact information of your ICBC adjuster. Please note that counselling sessions missed or not cancelled before the 24-hour window are not funded by ICBC and will be charged directly to the client, unless it is due to an emergency.
